My timeline for sb interview :
Applied in end Jan
F2f interview in 1st week of March
Was told that outcome will be out in 2-3weeks
Today is the 3rd week since the interview but still no updates from HR. What are my chances? I have rejected other offers while waiting for outcome.

Yeah I should take it as a rejection and apply for other jobs... getting an interview itself is already challenging. And for positions that I got shortlisted for interview, I always get too nervous and mess up ...

Did they ask you to fill in extended application form for security clearance? Reference check? Ask for payslips already?

I applied w a SB late last yr. Got a call from HR within 2 days, they were interested to proceed with hiring.
For your case, no harm giving HR a call next week. From there, u can gauge their hiring interest. 3 weeks post-interview, i dont feel its fair for HR to continue stringing u along by not giving a firm answer.

Thanks for the advice, will call HR on Monday and be prepared for the dreaded rejection. Seems like my chances are low since shortlisted candidates will be informed earlier

Interview is something u will get better at as u attend more. Advice to just go for all sorts of interviews even if u have no intention of taking the job up. Just to brush up ur skills, and see what is ur market value. One fine day when the ideal job comes along, u will be better prepared.
