Me -- GEO 3, 5 years, B, $150 - hit ceiling
Colleage/friend -- GEO 3, 7 years, C $150 - hit ceiling

What is this? We both can't believe we got the same increment.

I work ilke shite to get that B while my colleague/friend is basically cruising and leaves school at 2.30pm.

Because you have already hit ceiling, isn't it?

Exactly! So simple to understand. Get A also increment will only be $150 because that’s all it takes to HIT ceiling. Get promoted then ceiling is raised.

So what’s the lesson? Prioritise your well being first. You can also just do your best during working hours and leave punctually when school ends. No need to slog so hard. But in every industry, there will be people who cruises and people who slogs. Just that this is reality and in reality, hard work and good work doesn’t always reciprocate in rewards.

Anyone of your colleagues tendered resignation after getting bonus? Is it safe to tender now to avoid having to pay back

Why are Ps and VPs so insistent on grooming scholars (esp PSC EMS on the FLP)?
Do they have to answer to someone (HQ?) if they fail to do so…

Since you mention FLP (people like to throw FLP around in this thread a lot, huh?), yes, the P has a responsibility to groom FLP officers. It's not (necessarily) some favouritism or insistence. That's why they get more stretch assignments.
