Most of the manager will tahan until they found FM role.

Exit opportunities for manager , usually find a right time and need luck, to jump over to client

U should know that AM 70% never does fieldwork unless M force them,

AM usually do consol,FS and tank all the sai kang from manyzer and client. manyzer will ask AM to tank all the shiit from client while they hide in office
