Is it common for 1st year senior to be in charge of a project from start to close?

Serious question, how do you stay motivated on the job when your batchmates are slowly leaving one by one? I can literally count the number of sporeans I am close with with one hand. Getting a sg manager is like striking a lottery. The jhk/jhbs I met are trying to work me to death. They will never understand the concept of work boundaries cus of 1:3.5 and they expect you to do the same. I’m really on the verge of breaking down but I still have scaq exams to pass.
Pls give some advices to this poor senior over here. TIA!

Yes, that’s why you call you “senior”.
But honestly Senior is just someone with 2 years working experience… it’s not a bigshot or anything.

Not sure which firm/dept you're from but they changed the performance review manager to engagement manager precisely so that you can't pull this

drowning over here too, the lack of motivation is so real. no advice since we know they aren't gonna change anything for the better based on their responses, just sending mental support.

Scaq exams can just do self study (i passed two papers with self study on last dec and June seating) , you need to attempt the past year ques and understand which section are the focus area
Dont compare yourself against other, work until you get enough of audit, then you can leave
