Camp at Big 4 or Leave
Hi guys, i am a S1 in big 4 and just wondering if it is worth to stay in big 4 for few more years (knowing that there is annual promotion) vs jumping into a fast growing tech amd ecommerce firm as finance analyst (which can match to s2 pay in big 4)

Are you comfortable with the pay?
I'm asking this because when you move into commercial usually the pay bump slows down, but lifestyle gets better. It really depends on you are after.
All the best and congrats on your offer!

Thanks! But given that i am still at the early stage of my career and wants to maximize my earning potential in the long term. Would it be more viable to stay on in Big 4 or hop around companies every 2-3 years.
