Q: Big4 - Yearly salary increment

I personally know an SM waking up late everyday and just slacking at home everyday during this WFH. Previously when need to go office, will come back at midnight but now, slacking at home everyday as no one sees/monitor.

They expertly delegate work to their workdogs. Only attend meetings etc, sitting around earning good money and waiting to become partner as they are on the so called "list"

But some of the worst ones make partner and earn more than the better ones in the end

I agree like i mentioned this person is on the list to make partner despite slacking around so eventually the worst one who stay won after making partner

depends on which company. PwC and EY pays q well for their deal advisory while i heard kpmg's one is same pay as their other service lines
