Big 4 offers you the best in terms of pay progression over the years since from A1 all the way up to manager there is pay increment yearly. The hours are just bad and there is virtually no wlb.

My recommendation is you work in big 4 until around manager so you have a high base pay, then look to jump out to corporate. Use the higher base pay to negotiate for at least the same amount of pay but get better working hours.

A word of advice, dun go green company. Pay shd be the lowest among the 4.
