Work from home makes the big 4 experience slightly bearable but that might be disappearing soon.
So just get the senior title and leave 1-2 months after promotion to senior before the horrible peak season. More adventurous ones can contemplate to stay for 1 more busy season as senior.

I left big 4 advisory a few years ago.
Would note that if you have other offers such as management/graduate programs for banks, mnc, take them over big 4.
In the absence of other offers, big 4 is a recognizable enough brand, but it is nowhere special where you should consider it over one of those I listed above, especially when the starting pay would usually be 20-30% lower.
The "brand" and "prestige" is overrated and often sold to make up for the lack of compensation, among other things. Still, without alternatives it is not the worst place to start a career

In consultancy... but tbh... it sometimes a money burner. cause govt client demands alot.. and would cause LD.
