Most of the SMs I encountered in EY have zero leadership skills and EQ. They don't know how to lead or guide but will blame you if anything goes wrong. Even some of the M1 and M2s have better EQ than them but of course these nice people tend to leave EY

SA3s who stay behind while their peers quit also have higher chances of getting promoted.

Most associates to SMs are females but most partners are males
Is there a specific reason why Big 4s prefer to hire females? My batch had 70% females, 30% males. Is it because females are more obedient, detail oriented?
