What happens if the audit cannot finish on time? Literally 1 person solo-ing the audit but signing today and work is not even done 90%. I'm having covid and still asked to OT because "no staff".

Sorry but that's the same problem with our 20s gen z staff too. At least older staff know when something is wrong. Gen z just vouch, got problem also dont note or inform when asked, then submit rubbish. Then say they deserve a better job than this so they dont care lalala

Will the firm tell future employers you were on a PIP during reference check?

I just joined last year but my PM warned me they might put me on a PIP to reduce headcount. Should I resign during or before the PIP?
