bruh, i was in blue for about 1 year and currently in green for about 2 years.
So i would think i have a pretty good understanding of how both firms operate in terms of their promotion.
Blue's promotion list includes progression (i.e. G2 to G1 and S4 to S3) but green's promotion list (i.e. the list that was sent out by HR today at 10.54am. YES i included the time just to prove a point) does not include progression.
Feel free to dispute this if you can.

This place has more trolls than actual employees.
It gets a bit funny when the real employees get triggered by the trolls.
Learning how to differentiate is a good skill to have.
