When’s the last time you saw local Uni FCH in big 4 audit

I seriously think there is a major deficiency in big 4 hiring process. Some of the hires from foreign big 4 really have big gap in skillset compared to locals. However, they dont know how to filter them out during the hiring process

My mgr put me in a difficult position between the mgr, and the client. I told him to ownself talk to the client

these ppl getting on my nerves will get a nuclear from me. idc if it is mgr and affects my evaluation.
