Many B4 ppl always refuse to believe the pay scales outside and are very surprised when they find out. It's actually much better than you've been led to believe. and many industries have been consistently increasing salaries for many years while B4 has been stagnant until recently.
B4ers have been sold the 'steady increment' and 'higher than norm pay once u reach X rank' tale for years. This tale is either based on outdated info from decades ago, unverified rumours taken as fact, or self-serving motives. After all, those within B4 hv obvious motives to make u believe the pay inside is better than outside and that u should stay right?
