Yes. That's rite. It took me 3 years from AM to be a tax manager.
AM 1st yr - 5,400
AM 2nd yr - 5,800
AM 3rd yr - 6,000
M 1st year - 7,300
My understanding is after M, yearly increment would be that much in term of %. Just 300-400 yearly. That why u need to leave once u promoted to M. By moving out, u could get at least 15% increase in monthly salary.

I KPMG the lowest just promoted Manager is already starting at 8600.

Hi all, i need some advice.
Going for a senior associate interview, wondering how muh the pay range would be for advisory? will 5.5 - 6k expectation be too low?

SA1? More like too high. Can check glassdoor to get a rough idea.

the range seems pretty wide on glassdoor. from 4k to 5k+

Thank your lucky stars and sign the contract on the spot if they offer you 5.5k - 6k. SA is only a 4-5k role.
