NUS GES is a bit inflated, I think it would be ok if u adjust ur expectations, I went for 20 interviews, and had like 15 offers.

like i said, it only applies to juniors and lousy developers.

tbh 7 applications is rookie numbers in 3 weeks. Try to send out more applications, maybe 10-20 per week
