Thanks all for the views. Yea both offering same salary, though OCBC offers better benefits except for maternity. I think Garena may be able to offer more increment down the road but whether I can even survive is another issue. Hence, I am more inclined to take up OCBC as there is also consideration on stability for my family. I tried to look up reviews on both side and most of you are right that those who reviewed for Garena are fresh grads and turnover seems high.

That's a wise choice. You will enjoy better WLB and with your intention to start a family soon, its imperative you have adequate time to nurture your kids. Moreover, you will enjoy stable income with above average pay which will eventually paid off in your retirement years. You can easily retire before 60 if you choose to.
