what is govtech attrition rate like?

Some posters say there better than private non-faang, so means number of non-faang leavers are low?

since covid till now is very high, private companies pay much higher to attract talent, a lots mid-senior level leaving because lower paid than junior/fresh.

This is very weird le, they say CS skills not transferable and are full of jiakliaobees but attrition still high!? Impossible! Bo ko leng!!!! Means private sector even more Jiakliaobees??? OMG!!!!

lol join govtech do what ? listen to ex-sign on NS managers who dont know anything about tech ? gg

high pay cause gov sector lol u go in , sure rot , 5 years later u confirm cannot do leetcode easy or basic system design , confirm die

3.8 rating on glassdoor with less than 1k reviews

yea i dont need to say much tbh, literally every other tech company in SG that's not local or gov have higher ratings with a large number of reviews ( 10k reviews with avg 4 / 5 ratings )

but hey whatever helps u sleep better at night, enjoy your next 10-20 years of NS
