just want to know ur opinion
Hi,
Just want to have your opinion.
When I joined the company, within 1week there was a lot of changes. The Department Director, Manager, QA personnel left the company. Then, two months later, the Marketing also left.
Then, the new Manager joined in but doesn't stay long and lasted for 1 and half years only.
After that , another new Manager joined but under his leadership so many peoples left. Almost every month , got 1people left. Some more, this manager look down on non-executive level and like to throw responsibility.
What do you think about this workplace?
