dear all,

need advices and opinions on the 2 offers:
1) a polytechnic, non-academic staff, 2-years renewable contracts, 18 days leave, salary let's say 5000/m, annual = 65k/year (based on 13 mth), excluding vb (follow govt bonus). location is nearer, travel to work will take 30 mins (1 hr/day)

2) a MNC, permanent staff, 14 days leave, less salary, let's say 4300/m = 60k/year (based on 14 mth), excluding vb (usually around 1 mth). location quite far, travel to work will take about 80 mins. (2.7hr/day)

which one should i take? what about prospect & job security? have been told polytechnic will always be in contract terms.
both are IT related position.

hi,
i am 33 yrs, having 7 yrs of exp mostly in software development. currently not holding any jobs, as i left my job dec 2011. last job was in insurance company. my last annual salary was about 60k/yr (based on 12 mth) + vb (average 2 mths), so the mnc is offering me the same basic.
