Any updates on this program?? I know intake is July 2024.. But since visa grad program stopped hiring, I'm scared this is stopped too... My friends alr interviewed at visa but now it says "oh hold"

I doubt they will still be sending out invites. Good to look at other companies like ocbc , standard chartered. Or even government agencies - DSTA, DXC, ST engineering

Is DBS still shortlisting candidates got the upcoming Hackathon? Emailed them but have yet to receive a reply.

They will treat you like a dog. Had many friends quit because of this.

Contractors have nothing to lose, look at their code also all rubbish, always creating new tech debt because they can't follow basic coding conventions and the perms need to clean up.

I recently emailed DBS asking if they are still currently shortlisting candidates for the hackathon and received a replying saying that I haven't been shortlisted at this point of time.

I would assume they are still currently shortlisting candidates as their job application is still currently open for people to apply.

You might want to email them and ask just to be sure though.

if u r good in bootlicking, u can progress easily. some get avp within 4 yrs, some still assoc after 5 yrs
