I notice you are messaging at 11pm. From my experience, the OA is only accessible during business hours. So 6pm till 9am, the assessment server is down.

No surprise ^^^
MAS imposed 6 months ban on new business plans which also means no new code, app features etc. Why would they need seeders now.

But they dedicated resources to fix their infrastructure. Most likely they will need them. Or unless the quality of seeders aren't competent
