4. This is partially true, who doesn't love cheap labour? But then again, if you are able to get paid and pick up some relevant skills, why not?

I started at 4.6k (FCH) and was at 5.8k at the end of the GTP as M6

I started at 4.1k (2nd upp), promoted to M6 after 2 years at about 5.3k
