1. Not all but some at least get the opportunity to convert. Some better than none.
2. Placements are not all half year, quite a few are for one full year.
3. Experience working in any job field is always better than being unemployed and not picking up any skills.
4. This is partially true, who doesn't love cheap labour? But then again, if you are able to get paid and pick up some relevant skills, why not?
5. No comment but I do feel its partially true hahaha

I started at 4.1k (2nd upp), promoted to M6 after 2 years at about 5.3k
