am currently part of X Poly’s exclusive 1 Year intern programme with OCBC. Was told only offered to my poly, and will be able to fast track after intern 9 months apprenticeship then straight to AM role LOL. Sad thing is got NS, but otherwise pretty good offer. For those questioning no degree how can AM, please check MAS initiative lol.
Current programme enrolled for this intern is new, similar to GT programme offered. Best of luck to everyone here!

without degree, even if u straight AM, u will be promoting at an extremely slow rate with a cap.... watch your degree holder colleagues laugh at u

the role you're talking about is 45k sgd a year pay which is 3.7k, this GRADUATE TALENT program is 5k which is 60k sgd, that's a 15k diff.
