I understand that the Hiring Manager interview will come after the HR interview. So, do the interviewers in the HR interview round decide which division to allocate you to or do they allocate you to the division that you have specified in your application?

Yes to both parts as understandably, the HR will match your interest and skillsets to the roles that are also available.

Oh man. I was only at the cognitive assessment stage in Decemeber. I applied in late Nov because the job was still active. Looks like I shouldn't be waiting for a call already.
