OCBC Young Banker Programs
Hi guys, i will like to check on the OCBC Young Banker Programs for group of operation and technology. I will be attending the technology track interview soon. From the info i gathered at glassdoor and various forums, it seems like technology are OT powerhouse and low pay.
May i check is this a prestigious program or just a typical gimmick management trainee program? How's the career prospect and remuneration?

IMHO, this is just a regular program but catered to groom young people into specialist roles. it is not those prestigious types nor management-level kind, but have decent pay and prospects, especially for those who want to get straight into finance industry.
