How does the GTP compare to DBS GA program and UOB MAP?

UOB is the best among the 3 for MA program. Then OCBC then DBA GA. Uob is the one most selective among the 3 and most exposure too.

Why though? UOB graduate program structure is similar to DBS in the sense that once the program is over, they get promoted to an associate, so it's not really a fast track MA program even when they claim so.

At least for OCBC, you are promoted twice, and the starting salary is highest amongst the 3. You are right on the selection because UOB intake is smaller, so its harder to get in.

For the promotion its not just a title promotion but includes salary increment etc also right

Yes as poster said previously, the glassdoor figures checks out too. There are people getting 5k plus to 6k plus, the 6k plus are likely those FCH in MO or FO roles

Okay la about the same, OCBC has higher starting salary but 0.5 years longer program. Both will be M after the program unlike DBS.

Pay aside, does being titled as an M means anything at all? It's widely known that ranks in local banks are highly inflated. Happy to hear all thoughts surrounding this please!

A8 > AM7 > M6 > AVP5 > VP4 > Director Tier

Usually GTP graduates reach AVP level around 2 to 3 years after M6 based on linkedin, and their salary around there is actually quite good given that they only have 4 to 5 years of experience.

Even if this is inflated, at least the salary commensurates the title of the position.
