Any uncle here same as me feel that "OT is nothing to be afraid" about?
Why so many young people (Gen Z - whatever lah is called) so afraid of OT?

Do you guys know the audit partners were not aware of how toxic the working environment is and how unpleasant the working relationship between co-workers is?

They have been through those before. How are they not aware?
Unless they have it easier back then, with a supportive OT team (everyone tank for them, no mass resignation).

You all (junior and senior associates) should have let the partners know about the problems you facing. No one feedback to them. How would they know?
The partners do not know what happening and all of a sudden just resign.

nah they confirm know it
everyone in big4 knows it, its just a game of whether who can tahan the most, suck up and get something in return. worked 3 years, my manager was a fking dog always make me OT till 11pm then say i can claim grab but always delay for weeks until i stopped asking
