Where are all of you getting the figures from lol. I graduated with FCH in 2018 with 4.6k starting but after the grad program my salary was 5k flat lol

Have, as I mentioned above. First year around 150 increment then second year around 250.

I’m guessing you weren’t promoted after the program? Since the increment is averaging below 4-5%.

What’s your salary now in 2021 (after 2+/3 years in OCBC) if you don’t mind sharing? I’m assuming here 5025 is not your current base.

Hi, there's a promotion (in terms of title) after graduation frm the 2 years program and being posted to your respective function, but salary wise still not much diff. I'm currently at 5.4k in my 3rd year, my performance appraisal was not bad relative to my cohort

2-3k in two years is too much for local bank. Only if you're an excellent performer in a front office role then maybe.... back office can get 1k increment is considered good already
