Yes M6 after graduating from the program, you can check this from linked in of past GTP graduates and HR should have told you this.
Salary depends on your starting salary and your role. My senior who entered in to a MO role with FCH ended above 6k at the end of the program upon promotion to M6.

Nope, the GTP is structured in such a way that if you entered via this program, you will get a promotion in the first year to AM7 and second year to M6, as compared to direct hire.
