is DBS IB really 4k? It is the Strategic Advisory department, right?

Reason I am asking is because I have a friend who told me it is 6k+ for an analyst position, but I saw that it is nowhere near that pay in the link above.

Mcf prolly won’t lie. I mean cmon, local banks are more known for retail and commercial banking. Deal flow is bad for IB, except for the few sg linked entities throwing deals their way (SIA etc.)

6+ is a little low. DBS pays around 8-10k.

Yes, it is strategic advisory. If you look at the lowest amount in the range, it's 3.75 which is a fresh grad analyst pay. They prob pay 6k+ for associates only. However bear in mind this is 2018. It's prob slightly higher now.
