Anyone mind sharing the BOS and OCBC rank structure alignment? What BOS rank equates to what OCBC rank. Are there still numbered ranks in OCBC group now? ie AM7, M6 etc

Associate -> Associate 8 / Assistant Manager 7
Senior Associate -> Manager 6 / AVP 5
Associate Director -> AVP 4 / VP 3
Director -> VP 2 / VP 1 / SVP
Executive Director -> Executive Director
Managing Director -> Managing Director

Should be
Associate Director -> AVP 4
Director -> VP 3
Executive Director -> VP2
Managing Director -> VP1
Managing Director1 -> SVP
CEO -> EVP
s://citywire.com/asia/news/bank-of-singapore-and- ocbc-to-roll-out-new-rank-structure/a2418972
new rank for ocbc
It will mean that OCBC’s executive vice president and Bank of Singapore’s CEO will have a new title of group managing director; OCBC’s senior vice president and Bank of Singapore’s ‘managing director 1’ will both be ‘managing director 1’; OCBC’s ‘vice president 1’ and Bank of Singapore’s managing director will both be managing director; and OCBC’s ‘vice president 2’ and Bank of Singapore’s executive director will both be executive director.

Thanks for sharing, it's a good move to align the rank titles with many other peer banks.
1. Is there anything lower than Assistant Manager? E.g. entry level roles?
2. How many years of exp generally required for Manager and AVP?

It’s a joke for ocbc to have so many MDs. Talk about title inflation
