graduating student here, how's the progression in local banks mo/bo? What's the compensation like after 4 YOE n 7 YOE?

probably not easy to hop if you're from a local bank since foreign banks are less likely to hire you. so hoping within local bank.. doubt the pay bump will be impressive, but hey the bonus is pretty good in local bank. rough estimates - 4 YOE: 5-6k, 7 YOE: 7-8k

Comfortably in top 50 percentile imo. Are you AVP or VP?
