A European bank which takes work life balance seriously. Back office. Its funny to see how brainwashed asian bank employees think its normal to OT and get below market compensation.

$13k monthly base in a local bank (not red black bank) dept COO function. 8 YOE.

Is this a good salary?

Asking cos my boss sucks (work is ok) so I feel like I want to tender. But not sure if I’m already considered overpaid for my profile.

For 8 YOE, think it is close to the upper limit.
In most cases max is 15-16k for a vp (8-12YOE)

Heard red black bank readjusted their comp philosophy. Wonder what’s the range now for their VPs? Previously heard it was $10k to ~$15/16k

Not from red/black, according to mcf, its vp range keeps consistently 10-18k.

Sound like AVP4 in the red bank with refreshed tagline? Might sharing what’s your role and they would allow us to benchmark if you are overpaid for your profile/skill set?
