VP2 at UOB is definitely not equivalent to SVP in DBS. Actually even FVP in UOB (which is one rank higher than VP2) is not equivalent to SVP in DBS.

This is not accurate, speaking from UOB pov, with the latest adjustment, VP2 can be up to 18 and FVP is 22k.
