Even if it's true, it's ONLY for males with NS and FCH, majority will not be getting 4.5K for starting.

The 5.5 work weeks suck. Effectively only resting for a day on Sunday. On top of this, when u apply leave, u need to take into account applying for the half day on Sat.

To be honest, I hardly see anyone promoting every 2 years in my department. Only the high flyers.
