Coz someone mention dat degree holder joining SIAEC as AMTL will draw a higher pay than diploma holder...

Who is that someone..? From siaec hr..? Better get a black n white..
So far there is no degree holder with higher starting pay..it's is standardized.. Gd luck

depends, you have no idea how the OTs are measured. your OT could be more than your scheduled work hours. think carefully abt the equation. can OT be more than your scheduled hours? confused? join us to find out.

OT is subjected to the amount of aircraft work required to finish in a given time. It's not guarantee.It can never be more than the scheduled working hours.

Degree Holders will start with the same pay.....I think better for them to join Air Force, starting from ME4.... Minimum starting pay $3500++. New LAEs, after 4 years training will only get $3000 with no OT.

where got so low,$3000? after i get my licence. with shift allowance. starting i getting $3500++ without OT

where got so gd. u which co one..u know now i in my 7 yrs..i dont have such gd term okay..3-4k as basic..if like that..my bonus i so happy lo..now my basic ard 2.2k only lo..if 3-4k basic..bonus shiok lo.. but it is not that case..my licence allowance 1.8k plus lo. plus shift allownace 500 plus..
OT some say 300 plus per day. nvr do ..so not sure..
