depends, you have no idea how the OTs are measured. your OT could be more than your scheduled work hours. think carefully abt the equation. can OT be more than your scheduled hours? confused? join us to find out.

OT is subjected to the amount of aircraft work required to finish in a given time. It's not guarantee.It can never be more than the scheduled working hours.

Degree Holders will start with the same pay.....I think better for them to join Air Force, starting from ME4.... Minimum starting pay $3500++. New LAEs, after 4 years training will only get $3000 with no OT.

For someone who has been working for about 7years(inclusive of years as apprentice) in a local MRO as an LAE, the pay breakdown as such

Basic: 3k to 4k (depending on qualification be it dip or deg, and years of experience)
License allowances : 1000++
OT: on average 50 to 80hrs, translate to 1000++ to 2000++

And of course there are annual bonus.
