That's a low offer. Someone with more than 10 years exp should be getting 9k+ and receive Grade I.

cos its not just based on years of experience alone. my one year of exp and your one year of exp could vary by miles part

if you feel pay not up to your expectation, then reject. if you think you can get something out of it (experience, branding, future exit path etc) then accept it.
more importantly if you are not happy, you will not be working your best and showcasing what you can do
