Nope, GovTech one is corporate bonus.

Was your experienced based on interviews before July 2020? If yes, then your info quite outdated. If no, you can insist on not revealing your current salary, and just simply quote Josephine Teo if they try to be pushy.

SOP for all HRs in public service is to still "try their luck", but not push it if candidate refuse to. Because of what the minister said. Some eager beaver HR may take "try their luck" to the extremes, but just stand your ground. But they certainly will push hard for an expected salary figure, as they die must assess you based on your monetary worth, over assessed skills and competencies.

It only applies for external applicants… if you are in other statboard or CS, HR will be able to find out from ur current HR..
