previous company is Senior level, just join GT 1yr

Generally how long do people take on avg to promote from D to E to F? For associate software engineers.

I think he meant he have 5 YOE in before he joined GT. But when he join GT, he was offered an Associate level. I think it depends on how you performed during the interview? Idk.

join big 4 every year up a grade if you dont do something wrong can liao.

from Associate consultant , consultant, senior consultant, assistance manager 4 years

only to manager will take longer
