But since there's 13mths min, I decided to accept it the offer.

Yup D E F G and H has quite huge overlaps.
I guess its because during skills and competency assessment, they match u to G, or even F - depending on the role you are interviewed for. Then your current salary threw them off coz it will be of the H/I range. Hence they no choice, offer you probably near or at the ceiling of G.
Think your "lead" is just your HIVE people give in name nia. In reality, probably they also don't have real headcount for an actual lead, hence the max is G

Got 5 to 10% can steal laugh alr. You can only receive significant increments by changing jobs.

hes saying officially the word Lead is for grade J
as in Lead consultant etc
however one could be a team “lead” in your respective development team at a lower grade

15% likely if including your annual increment...
Jan 2022 - 3-5% MAC???
Apr 2022 - 5-7%?? Competency??? if no 5% whats the point of competency adjustment? haha
Apr 2022 - annual increment I think at least 3%??
on the lower side got 11% liao and 15% on the higher side..
