yeah i got it. idk it means i can get higher but did not bother to nego lol.
but anyway i talked to another govtech. he is one year older than me in grade E. so i think i just accept the offer.
i take it as this is the highest offer i can get. i should not get complacent

Anyone has any news of the % of incoming increment?
Gotten an offer with a sweet 40% bump but not sure if I will regret it after GT announce the adjustment.
