Kinda hate job title here, more than 5yrs experience but still "Associate SWE", not reflected correctly, others company already lead/manager, Interviewer ask me why I am still Associate level when interview for Senior role. LOL

Takes 2 grades of associate before becoming SWE, an another 2 grades to become senior.
