Ehhhhh I'm just asking in general, like the range for those grades. I'm a fresh grad going in for grade D, base 5.5.

Actually have la… but then last year HR only adjusted for juniors…. That’s why a lot of G/H leaving and forcing the mgmt to rethink how to retain the mainstay…
End of the day HR have to take the responsibility of assuming during Covid, G/H will not leave n thinking the junior can easily take over the G/H hahaha

That's the market rate now. Banks & GovTech : 5 - 5.8 range. Chinese Tech companies : 6-8. FAANG should be around 6-10+, the range varies. SMEs and consultancies should be around 4 - 5.
It doesnt matter whether we're worth this much or not, there are companies willing to pay this amount for us, so the rest of the companies will have to follow to be competitive. It's all a game anyways, someone in a start up earning 4-5k could always be alot better than someone in Bytedance making huge bucks.

I heard they are doing an adjustment early next year? Is it for the more senior roles? Do you think the juniors' salaries could get affected also?
