they're only fixated on whats unfair to them.

others got B, they got C+ ... unfair

i didn't get promoted every year? ... unfair

govtech apparently got a lot of these "tech for my own good" kind of individuals.

same goes for management. come in create saga, then create panic,then create unfairness, then create dog-eat-dog within working level. thats "tech for their own good"
