My RO / Manager keep saying grade is for bonus.

Anyone got merit increment (not promotion increment) higher than 4%? Can share your grade and % increment?

Yes me. Grade G, merit increment ( not promotion )is 6%

does anyone know how the pro rated bonus is calculated? joined last year, but ipb this here is quite abit lower than my colleagues at the same grade with the same rating

If you're a younger staff, this is to be expected and is a feature rather than a bug of the system. Take heart that there is room to grow within your salary band.
