I think it is like what the other person said, Grade J and above PM and BA are getting too expensive for the agencies. I think Grade I is still quite common at least in my Ministry. Some of the Grade I are working as DSM even though their job title is still Senior PM.

BUT, the citeria from H upwards remain uphill battle. Because its all about whether there role is required and got space for u to move up or not

Example senior DBA. Not a lot ppl want senior DBA. Expensive, might as well hire 2 grade G DBA. U get what I mean

But its still a good change.

The crisis only changed after promotees were comfoirmed, so if you were prompted in Apr, it's not because of the change in criteria.

Yes, received news of promotion to G from my RO last week already, first APA since I joined and pushed for L3s which were approved so it's going great so far

Which L3 u got? I tried to go L3 agile but kena rejected

Felt like the agile team needs to get off their high horse and start to realise what they are "hurting " govtechies
