If grade J I think can be better (ignoring YoE)

I know of grade I drawing $12k (DSM level )

Add on : wait for end April to see what's your increment.

If your increment is high, maybe u are underpaid. If low, then u might want to discuss how to go next level

But probably ask yourself, is it something u want? Promotion to next level aka grade K. I dont think theres a lot principal PM ?
