As many believe recession is coming...at least here the rice bowl is rather "metal" as long you do your due diligence. Learn to form your own opinions and reasons to defend your work. And choose your lunch kakis wisely.

Work is work. Don't get too emotional. It is just a job. Toxic people will sure get credit from you regardless how careful you are. That's how the world is regardless which company you join.

I know fresh grad who joined last year told me his starting is about 5k.
16 days AL standard for E5.

which job role? your offer is on the low side. E5 fresh grad is already 4.5k - 5k+ depending on the university and whether FCH or not.

Pretty normal.

The salary range for E5 fresh grad is dependent on your results.

4.2k is the starting base range. IIRC it was between 4.2k - 5k?

16 days AL is standard.

I advise you to go to other company if they can provide a similar salary because you won't want to have such a slow pace at the start of your career. You will want to learn as much as you can during your 1st year. Of course, if you know how to play the taiji game and prefer to self-learn and upskill yourself, ST is a good place .
