Standard. This was my package too. It's not so bad, ST eng is a stable company. Economy will get worse in the coming months so it's not a bad idea to join and upgrade on the side. Range is from 4.2 to 4.8k

Quite a low offer. Aim for 5k a month starting pay for your dept head to even notice you

Not sure if still the same. Only workload is more than perm staff, everything else is lesser or not eligible.
